On 29 April 2009, the Reykjavik District Court appointed a Winding-up Board for the Bank. The Winding-up Board governs the winding-up procedures of the Bank and shall protect the interests of all the creditors of the Bank and do comparable work with official receivers in accordance with Icelandic law. The Winding-up Board submits to Icelandic courts.
