On 13 October, a freezing order from the Dutch courts was enacted against Landsbanki Netherlands. Subsequently a court-appointed administrator was placed in the branch. The reports published by the administrator are for the public record and are published below (in Dutch). These reports and their contents have not been approved or reviewed by the Resolution Committee.
